Samy is an award winning and internationally recognized cinematographer. His TV credits include the last two seasons of the Netflix original series DIRK GENTLY’S HOLISTIC DETECTIVE AGENCY and Season 3 of FX’s MAN SEEKING WOMAN, which has garnered him a 2018 Canadian Society of Cinematographers Award. Some of his feature film credits include LEVEL 16 directed by Danishka Esterhazy, ACROSS THE LINE directed by X, THE VOID directed by Jeremy Gillespie and Steven Kostanski and BOREALIS directed by Sean Garrity. Samy has won many awards and received nominations for his work at the CSC Awards, the Much Music Video Awards, and many film festivals around the world, including the Berliinale Cinematography Award for film.
