Daniel’s decade long experience across numerous long and short format projects has developed a clean but textural and layered style that drives the story for his work, while bringing a technical knowledge that helps push creative boundaries.
A British-Canadian now based in Toronto, Daniel was nominated for a CSC Award in 2021 for his short ‘Challenger’. One of his latest films ‘Purgatory Jack’, has been receiving international praise on the film festival circuit before a wider release in 2025. While this has been travelling, Daniel has been working on shows including ‘The Way Home’, ‘Mistletoe Murders’ and an upcoming doc series for Amazon Prime ‘Rom-Con’.
His previous experience within the world of Virtual Reality, saw him achieve multiple worlds first within the space, as well as brining the tech himself and his team developed to a traditional 2D space for Film and Television, notably working on ‘The Nevers’ for HBO, alongside Seamus Macgarvey, ASC.
Daniel prides himself on his flexible and unwavering work ethic, developing and evolving the visual language of his style to suit any piece that he sinks his teeth into.
