James CSC, SASC is an award winning Director of Photography with extensive experience in films, television and commercials. His recent TV credits include 2nd Unit on the acclaimed TV series AMERICAN GODS for Freemantle/ Starz! and HANNIBAL for Gaumnont International/NBC.
James’ TV projects include the Peter Bogdanovich films NAKED CITY for Paramount Pictures and SAINTLY SWITCH for Walt Disney Televsion/ABC; the series Witchblade for TNT; the pilot WOLF LAKE for CBS; the TV movie HUSTLE: THE PETE ROSE STORY for ESPN, plus numerous docu-dramas for both Discovery and BBC, including the beautiful documentary SAVING THE MUSTANG: AMERICA’S HORSE ON THE BRINK.
His feature films range from the indie ST. ROZ, to the classic FAR FROM HOME: THE ADVENTURES OF YELLOW DOG for Twentieth Century Fox.
His remarkable commercial credits include thousands of commercials that encompass a wide range of styles and brands including BMW, MCDONALDS, NISSAN, KRAFT, DENTYNE and SUBARU.
