Sarajevo native, Boris now lives in toronto and works mostly in north america and europe. He explored writing, philosophy, fine art and photography before studying film at st. Cyril academy and york university.
A photographer by trade, boris concentrated his early cinematic efforts toward directing and writing only to parallel the two with cinematography as the natural extension of his photographic upbringing. Boris, the son of cinematographer levko mojsovski, was surrounded with film and photo cameras since birth. Boris’ photographic education continued throughout his childhood – his father would (lovingly but brutally) criticize his photographs, making him understand lighting, exposure and composition.
